Hamara Kaam Dhanda Aur Berojgar Party is a political party based on economic and progressive thinking. It was founded by 3 women from Maharashtra inspired by the Maratha reservation movement across India. The purpose of forming the party is not to gain power. But to fulfill the rights of everyone on international grounds as per A-38,39,41 of the Indian Constitution – (1) to get sufficient means to earn economic income for livelihood. (2) To provide equal pay and equal opportunity to men and women for equal work. (3) Right to employment which gives the slogan of right to work and caste free income and implements it. And makes people economically self-reliant. Hamara Kaam Dhanda Aur Berojgar Party has emerged as a strong political entity. We are committed to the welfare and employment of the common man and answer the basic questions about Income. Our party is sincere in its dedicationto serve the people and protect their interests.

Rather, IREGAA is to create employment for people through Global Warming Reduction Action on international Base (Climate Change) in India. According to Indian Constitution- 1) According to Article-38, 39- Right of citizens to get sufficient means for livelihood Income creation has to be fulfilled. Men and women have to be provided equal pay and equal opportunity for equal work. (Women reservation right) 2) According to Article-41-Right to work, right to get public assistance in getting education, right to get help in disability and incapacity, right to get help in unemployment, right to get help in old age (right) is provided.
